Raw to Ready
Primodan takes prepared product and does everything from there to the pallet. Dosing, filling, sealing and lidding happen on one machine, and coding, case packing and palletising are specified as part of the same line rather than left for you to source separately.
Machine range
Machines are built to order rather than pulled from a catalogue, then sized to the container, the product and the shift pattern you actually run, whether that product is set yoghurt or hummus.
Built for
Primodan machines suit producers selling in a container the shopper recognises: a cup, a tub, a tray. Fill weight accuracy and a clean seal are what keep that container on shelf and inside its declared weight, whether it holds labneh or garlic sauce.
In the Gulf
White cheese and feta are among the highest volume dairy categories in the Gulf, and almost all of it reaches the shopper in a sealed cup or tub. A producer moving from manual filling to a Primodan line gets dosing accuracy that holds across the shift, which matters twice over: give away product and margin goes with it, underfill and the declared weight on the label stops being true.
The same filler that runs white cheese runs hummus, labneh and garlic sauce, so a producer with several categories buys one machine rather than one per product. And because Primodan take on complete lines, the case packer and palletiser after the filler are part of the same specification. We size filling capacity against your actual container format and shift length, not a headline figure.
